THOUSAND POLICE PERSONNEL FROM THE TRAINING CAMP IN LAKES STATE HAS BEEN GRADUATED
H.E. Lt. Gen. Rin Tueny Mabor, the Governor of Lakes State, alongside Lt. Gen. Benjamin James Baptisa, the Assistant IGP for Social Welfare, who represented the Inspector General of Police, oversaw the graduation of one thousand (1,000) police personnel of various ranks following a six-month refresher training program in Rumbek, Lakes State.
Governor Rin extended his congratulations to the graduates for successfully completing their training and emphasized the importance of remaining apolitical, urging the police to focus on their primary responsibilities of safeguarding the lives and property of citizens and upholding law and order.
He also took a moment to honor the non-commissioned officers and personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty while protecting the community from criminal activities during his three-year tenure.
