NCA Hosts “Girls Takeover: Leadership in Action” for International Girls in ICT Day 2024

In observance of International Girls in ICT Day 2024, the National Communications Authority (NCA) emphasized the pressing issues hindering girls’ progress in the ICT domain. Recognizing the urgency, on April 18th, the NCA orchestrated “Girls Takeover: Leadership in Action.” This pioneering initiative united young women from various Juba-based schools, affording them hands-on leadership experiences within the telecommunications and ICT sphere.

Under the guidance of accomplished female leaders at the NCA, the girls delved into the world of ICT, fostering mentorship and gaining invaluable insights.
