Central Bank Administration Receives Praise for Major Achievement.

Dr. Costello Garang Riny Lual, Advisor to the Presidency, visited the Central Bank of South Sudan’s newly inaugurated headquarters today. The building, officially opened in July by President Salva Kiir Mayardit, was the focal point of the visit.
Dr. Lual was accompanied by other distinguished guests and was received by Central Bank Governor Dr. James Alic Garang and First Deputy Samuel Yanga Mikaya.
The delegation toured the new headquarters, which includes state-of-the-art offices, sports complex, a conference hall and parking area.
Dr. Costello Lual praised the swift completion of the project, highlighting the Bank’s commitment to enhancing and expanding banking services throughout the country. He commended Governor Dr. Alic Garang for his dedication and professionalism, underscoring the significance of the new facility in promoting financial stability and development.
Dr. Alic responded with appreciation for the visit, emphasizing the importance of positive representations of South Sudan. He also acknowledged Dr. Lual’s contributions to advancing infrastructure projects, including the critical railways project designed to connect South Sudan with its neighboring countries.
